Yan Dobromyslov — SEO Architect

Most established real estate businesses I talk to have the raw domain authority they need. They've just never built the on-page layer and content hierarchy to capture the commercial demand sitting in front of them.

The work starts with a diagnostic: I read your actual traffic data and tell you which pages are load-bearing, which are dead weight, and where the commercial opportunities you're missing live. Most engagements then move into a monthly retainer where I consolidate existing content, rebuild it around commercial hub-and-spoke clusters, and tighten the on-page layer to turn the authority you already have into rankings you can measure in revenue.

What I work on

Four layers, one outcome: rankings you can measure in revenue.

Diagnostic engagements

I read your actual traffic data — Search Console, Ahrefs, GA4 — and map where commercial demand is leaking. The deliverable is a specific list of load-bearing pages, dead weight, and the revenue-adjacent queries you are failing to capture.

Commercial content architecture

Most real estate sites have years of accumulated content with no topical structure. I consolidate existing pages into hub-and-spoke clusters aligned to commercial intent, then rebuild the internal linking so authority flows where it can earn money.

Technical on-page layer

The load-bearing layer that turns domain authority into rankings a search engine can actually consume. Titles, headings, schema, canonicals, Core Web Vitals, crawl efficiency, index bloat. The unglamorous work that moves positions once the strategy is set.

GEO and AEO positioning

Your content needs to be citable by LLMs and AI search, not just rankable on Google. I structure content so it can be retrieved, quoted, and attributed by generative engines, because that is increasingly where the high-intent queries are being answered.

Diagnostics are fixed-scope and fixed-price. Most engagements move into a monthly retainer after the initial report, but you are not committed to anything beyond the diagnostic itself.
